The Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for managing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and on budget. This includes planning and coordinating the work, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractors, resolving conflicts, and providing leadership to the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Plumbing Project Management, and/or management of plumbing projects
• Preferred to have experience with hydronics and/or piping
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes by overseeing the installation process
• Manage change orders as they arise with customers
• Handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during a project as needed
• Keeping accurate records of all completed projects and materials used
• Ensuring that all work complies with standards set forth by the company including environmental standards set forth by law (i.e. OSHA)
• Communicating with customers about their projects and providing updates throughout the process
