What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored personal insurance solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and agency-provided leads
  • Prepare proposals, process applications, collect deposits, and assist with binders and certificates
  • Conduct proactive service and renewal follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction
  • Deliver timely, accurate communication to clients and carrier partners
  • Help grow and retain a strong personal lines book of business

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or account management experience
  • Independent agency experience is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable generating business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
