Parts Sales Specialist

We are partnering with a well-established and growing company in the equipment/agriculture/industrial sector seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving sales growth through parts and service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers (in-person, phone, and online) with parts identification, availability, and pricing
• Generate and process parts orders, quotes, and invoices
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide technical guidance on parts and equipment when needed
• Manage inventory levels, stock orders, and merchandising of parts department
• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or a related role
• Industry experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge highly preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software
