We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager – Hauling to lead and oversee all collection activities across commercial, industrial, and residential customers. This role is critical in managing container delivery, pick-up, and route systems within a geographically dispersed area, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer service.

As the Operations Manager, you will direct a team of Operations Supervisors, Dispatchers, Clerks, Drivers, and Helpers. You'll work closely with senior leadership to execute strategies that align with the market's overall growth objectives, while driving efficiency, profitability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities for our Operations Manager:

• Lead, train, and develop staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Implement tactical initiatives to enhance customer experience, growth, and profitability.
• Oversee route management for commercial, roll-off, and residential operations, ensuring adherence to productivity and labor goals.
• Interact with customers and government entities to resolve service concerns and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety and accident-prevention programs, creating a safe and productive work environment.
• Manage departmental budget, including expense approvals and vendor oversight.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Cultivate a best-in-class workplace culture and foster team development.
• Build strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders.
