Operations Manager

Job Title

8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage preferably

Knowledge of the dehydration process of nuts & seeds (very strong preference)

Knowledge of SQF audits – They're moving towards SQF

Someone who understands the whole gamut of production

Semi-automation moving towards fully automation – someone who understands automation

15 direct reports

They make multiple products, own products & other companies products, co-packer/manufacturer

Roughly 25 SKUs, private labeling also done

Knowing the admin side a bonus, knowing purchasing a bonus. Knowledge of freights, logistics, & inventory.

Must be a good person. Very crazy about how people are handled & maintaining that family type work environment
