We're partnering with a well-established, growing, meat processor seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily plant operations and drive performance across safety, quality, throughput, and people development. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume protein manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production, fabrication, and further-processing operations
• Lead and mentor department supervisors and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, QA, USDA, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement in yields, labor efficiency, and downtime reduction
• Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and HR
• Champion a safety-first culture and enforce accountability at all levels
• Support strategic planning, KPI execution, and operational excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of operations or production leadership in meat or protein processing
• Strong understanding of USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and plant compliance
• Proven experience improving throughput, labor efficiency, and overall plant performance
• Skilled communicator with a steady leadership style and the ability to build strong teams
