Municipal Project Manager

I am partnered with a very successful full-service professional consulting firm and they are seeking a Municipal Project Manager - Director to join their growing team.

This role is critical for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients
• Manage, organize, design, and execute Civil Engineering projects for municipal and/or private development clients
• Plan and design civil engineering projects for both private and public infrastructure agencies
• Work on a wide variety of innovative and diverse projects, including the design of civil and municipal engineering projects for highways and local roads, public utilities and public works, parks, trails, and related infrastructure
• Participate in and lead business development activities to new and existing clients

Requirements:

• Must be local to the state of Indiana
• B.S., Civil Engineering or related field
• PE required in the state of Indiana
• 10+ years of municipal consulting work experience
• Experience with public infrastructure projects
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Strong relationships and contacts with regional developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agencies
