Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers to promote expertise in mechanical construction and service. Prepare detailed recommendations and cost estimates tailored to meet customer needs and finalize the sale.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and product developments. Maintain enthusiasm for our entire product range and effectively communicate its value to customers.
  3. Customer Service: Liaise with operations to address customer service needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Performance Analysis: Review job performance, execution, and past production data. Provide valuable feedback to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological advancements.
  5. Innovation: Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to enhance our industry leadership. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and growth.
  6. Brand Ambassador: Represent the company positively and professionally at all times. Communicate the company's objectives and values externally to build trust and credibility.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in related industries (Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, & Sheetmetal).
  • Knowledge of retrofits
  • Service Contracts
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently towards common goals.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
