If you bring 10+ years of BIM/VDC experience in mechanical construction, this is worth a conversation.

What You'll Do:

Lead and assist in developing BIM models for HVAC duct, piping, and plumbing systems

Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP trades

Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and related tools

Oversee file setup, cleanup, composite coordination, tagging, dimensioning, and detailing

Produce drawings that meet contract requirements, design standards, and code compliance

Support field teams and occasionally visit project sites

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

Strong experience in BIM/VDC for HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, or Sheetmetal

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Experience coordinating large commercial projects (hospitals, universities, courthouses, high-rise condos)

Knowledge of chilled water and condenser water systems

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office

Understanding of mechanical and plumbing codes
