You Bring:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- MRP system knowledge (a plus)
- Experience with metal fab, welding, or coatings (bonus)
