RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close (negotiate rates and manage contracts)
• Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth (KPIs established by leadership)
• Manage accounts and set them up for success before passing them off to account management
• Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
• Represent and promote a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
• $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month + Gross Margin
• Driven – Experienced – Relationship focused
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
• Ability to manage customer relationships
• No Non-Compete and Proven Results
