Loan Processor/Loan Operations – Commercial Lending

A growing and relationship-focused community bank in Dallas is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join its Commercial Lending Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, growth-minded environment committed to personalized service and local decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, service, and maintain commercial loan files from origination through payoff
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of loan documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with lenders, credit analysts, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan execution
• Manage tickler systems and perform ongoing maintenance for loan covenants, insurance, and financial tracking
• Handle customer inquiries related to loan servicing with a strong focus on service and responsiveness

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of commercial loan processing or servicing experience
• Previous experience working at a bank with less than $25 billion in assets strongly preferred
• Proficient with loan systems and documentation procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative community banking environment
