We're looking for an experienced, licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a proven track record in large-scale land development (100+ acre sites) to step into a leadership role at a growing engineering firm in the Fort Worth area. What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas
• Strong experience in land development, ideally on 100+ acre projects
• A natural leader, able to mentor younger engineers and build strong project teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ideally with a book of business or strong industry relationships
• Desire to play a key role in succession planning and company growth
