You'll join a team with a strong backlog of private and public development projects, from 1-acre commercial sites to 3,000-acre master-planned communities — valued anywhere from $50,000 to several million dollars.

5. Balance technical precision with project deadlines — and have the autonomy to make it happen.

Ideal candidate:

1. Licensed professional engineer (pe)
2. 8+ years of experience in land development or site civil design
3. Strong technical background in grading, utilities, stormwater, and permitting
4. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple active projects
