Key Account Manager – Custom Products & Branded Merchandise

Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)

A rapidly growing, well-established company in the custom products and branded merchandise space is looking to add an Account Manager to their team. This organization has been a trusted name in the industry for over 30 years and is now entering a major growth phase backed by private investment, with plans to double revenue over the next 5 years. What You'll Do

  • Develop new business while managing and growing an existing book of accounts
  • Build relationships with corporate and nonprofit clients
  • Partner internally to deliver custom solutions (apparel, promotional products, branded programs)
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase long-term value

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission/Bonus: ~$30,000+ upside
