We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and oversee our commercial service department. This role is responsible for managing service technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
Ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinating service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support on complex HVAC and refrigeration systems
Ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement within the service department
Qualifications include:
10+ years of experience in large commercial HVAC service management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build accountability, pride, and performance within a team
Bilingual strongly preferred
