We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and oversee our commercial service department. This role is responsible for managing service technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
• Ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinating service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support on complex HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement within the service department

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in large commercial HVAC service management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to build accountability, pride, and performance within a team
• Bilingual strongly preferred
