Grain Ops

Grain Operations

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars
• Operating grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and grain elevators
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
• Monitoring grain quality and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assisting with inventory management and record-keeping
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in grain operations or a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery safely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
