Geotechnical Engineer

I am partnered with an award-winning A&E firm that serves public and private entities across the nation. My client is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and mentorship with opportunities to work on challenging, high-profile projects across the region.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of geotechnical experience with expertise in dams, levees, and/or large bridge foundations
• PE in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Experience with ODOT projects desired
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Available for occasional short-term travel

Responsibilities:

• Lead geotechnical design and analysis for bridges, buildings/ structures, dams and levees
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical work
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
