The General Superintendent will oversee all field operations within the region, providing leadership and mentorship to project superintendents and ensuring company-wide safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple project sites and field teams
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and standards
• Collaborate with executives on manpower and project allocation

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in commercial construction, including multi-site leadership
• Strong communication and operational management skills
