We're seeking a driven Freight Sales Executive with a strong background in Third Party Logistics or Asset Carrier transportation/logistics sales and account management, and a proven ability to build and grow customer relationships. The ideal candidate has both the operational savvy to move freight efficiently so there's a true understanding of processes and the sales drive to expand an established book of business in a fast-moving highly competitive logistics environment by utilizing an experienced operations staff by focusing on the customer's direct service needs to make the difference needed to gain and keep their business. Dry LTL experience is a PLUS.

Qualifications
4–5 years of proven success in freight brokerage or transportation sales.
Demonstrated experience with flatbed, open deck, or heavy haul freight, van, Reefer FTL & LTL required, intermodal experience is an added plus.
Active book of business (must be verifiable).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
No active non-compete agreement – eligible to onboard and sell immediately.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for logistics excellence.
