Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer – CNC Machinery

Seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with strong mechanical expertise to commission and service CNC machines across the United States. This role requires extensive travel during the week with weekends at home.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service, and maintain CNC machines at customer sites
• Perform mechanical repairs including ball screw replacement and machine alignments
• Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Conduct precision work involving hydrostatic ways
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong professional relationships
• Ensure machines are running to specification after installation or service

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proven background in servicing and troubleshooting CNC machinery
• Ability to travel 95% of the time throughout the U.S., with home base weekends
