Experienced PCA CCA Crop Advisor Sales Agronomist

Job Title

A growing family owned and people first California based company is expanding and looking to add 1 to 2 experienced sales agronomists to join their team. They have been in business for more than 50 years and are expanding into new territories. Compensation will include a base salary, competitive commissions, a company vehicle, gas card, health insurance, 401K and more. Candidates that are interested must meet the following qualifications for consideration:

• 3 to 5 years experience in crop advising and retail sales of chemicals, fertilizer, and seed

• Must have a minimum of 2 PCA categories and willing to obtain all categories with company paid incentives to complete.

• CCA Certified and PCA licensed

• Crop knowledge of most if not all of the following: Almonds, Pistachios, Citrus, Cotton, Corn, and Melons

• Have existing relationships with farmers in the greater Fresno area

• A verifiable drivers license and driving record as a company truck will be necessary
