I am partnered with a well-established Electrical Contractor who is urgently ready to add an Electrical Service Manager to their team.

Job Summary:

The Service Manager will be accountable for the supervision of Service Department personnel, and projects including installations, performance, profitability, and customer/client satisfaction. They will perform work within an established time frame and ensure that work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established company guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements. Applicant must have a high level of interpersonal relationship skills, excellent communications, and organizational skills, and highly computer literate.

Job Duties:

Report to the Operations Manager and interact with other support staff (Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and other Corporate service staff).

Interact with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with project related activities.

Serve on various committees and participate in special trade-related activities and events.

Responsible for all Service Department contract administration and execution.

Responsible for the management, planning and directing of project activities, monitoring field installation processes, coaching staff and field personnel, and developing/maintaining customer/client relationships.
