The Director of Field Operations will lead operations across multiple job sites, manage superintendent teams, implement field best-practices, and drive measurable KPIs for safety, schedule and budget performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee all field operations, including 5+ active sites across the region
• Develop and monitor safety, quality and productivity KPIs
• Mentor and develop superintendent staff
• Work with executive team on resource planning, best-practice implementation and operational improvements
• Ensure continuous improvement of field processes and alignment with company strategic goals

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of construction field leadership experience with commercial projects
• Proven experience managing multiple large sites concurrently
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to sites throughout the region
