Customer Experience And Retail Processes Manager

I am looking for an Organizational Leader in a customer-facing business, such as hospitality, finance, banking, trust, wealth, insurance, professional retail services.

Kansas talent – Leadership Opportunity in Retail Banking. Our client, a forward-thinking financial institution with an employee-owned culture, is searching for a Retail Services Manager to join their leadership team.

This role is designed for a strategic, process-minded leader who excels in organizational leadership, operational efficiency, and cultural influence—without direct staff management. You'll work side-by-side with Market Presidents to strengthen branch operations, standardize procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate customer service across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with branch leaders to reinforce service standards and customer experience consistency.
  • Standardize operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Compliance, Marketing, and Deposit Ops to align branch execution.
  • Coach and support frontline staff in service conversations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across branches.

Location: Candidate should reside within the Salina/Topeka/Wichita triangle.

  • Ability to work with on-site managers, and answer directly to the CEO
  • 10 years of experience in Organizational Leadership
