Customer Service Representative
A well-established, growth-oriented manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role serves as a key link between customers and internal operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and external vendors to meet deadlines
- Communicate order status, shipping updates, and timelines to customers
- Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and delays in a professional and timely manner
- Develop a strong understanding of products, processes, and services
- Assist with building job details and Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Utilize ERP systems to manage orders, customer data, and communication history
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, quality, and shipping teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Radius, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn
