The ideal candidate will take ownership of building and scaling the company's financial structure from the ground up — implementing systems, establishing controls, and shaping the financial backbone of a fast-moving industrial services platform.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and profitability
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics
• Lead monthly financial close, analysis, and reporting for multiple operating entities
• Build financial controls, policies, and scalable accounting processes
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and payroll
• Support ERP and system implementation (QuickBooks to enterprise-level platform)
• Mentor finance teams across existing and newly acquired companies

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred but not required)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and communication skills — confident presenting to executives
• Experience managing financials for multiple operating companies
• Skilled in QuickBooks, with exposure to ERP systems like NetSuite, Dynamics, or Sage
• Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
