PLC, HMI, and motion control programming for automated equipment
Design of electrical control systems, including schematics, panel layouts, and hardware architecture
Experience with industrial components such as sensors, VFDs, servos, and motor controls
Electrical troubleshooting and system debugging from build through commissioning
Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings for system integration
Familiarity with industrial electrical standards and machine safety requirements (UL, NFPA, OSHA, ANSI/RIA)
Use of AutoCAD Electrical for control design documentation
Hands-on support for system testing, installation, and field troubleshooting
Collaboration with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
Ability to select and apply control components for automation systems
