Qualifications:

• Four-year degree from an accredited university within construction or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in construction
• Previous experience in project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• PE license in Michigan preferred
• MDOT experience; highway and bridge experience
