Are you an experienced commercial roofer ready to lead? We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a 1–2-person service crew focused on repair and emergency response projects across South Philly and surrounding areas. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, safety, and representing the company with professionalism.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:

• Lead a small service crew in completing commercial roofing repairs
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and sheet metal roofing systems
• Conduct inspections and communicate directly with clients
• Use mobile apps to manage service tickets (FCS experience is a plus)
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA standards

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience, preferably in service work
• Previous foreman experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software
