Roofing Sales Representative
Location: Metro Atlanta Area Industry: Commercial Roofing (Multifamily, Condominium, Townhome Communities)
About the opportunity
We are growing and looking to add two high-performing Roofing Sales Representatives to our team. This is a high-income potential role with an established pipeline, existing clients, and strong market timing.
Our focus is on large-scale multifamily, condominium, and townhome roofing projects, offering significantly larger contract values than typical residential roofing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 + Commission
Earning Potential
- Most of our sales team earns $120,000 – $250,000+ annually

What You'll Do
- Manage and convert an existing pipeline while building new business
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- HOA boards
- Apartment and commercial associations
- Attend networking and marketing events and actively generate leads
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals
- Effectively communicate, listen, and tailor your approach to different audiences

- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with AI tools is a plus)
