We're looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead, grow, and elevate a high-performing roofing operation. This is not a maintenance role—this is a build, scale, and WIN role.

What You'll Own as a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager

  • Lead & Scale Revenue: Drive top-line growth across commercial roofing (reroof, service, maintenance, CapEx)
  • Own the Numbers: Full P&L responsibility—revenue, GP%, EBITDA, backlog, billing
  • Build a Sales Machine: Develop and mentor sales reps, estimators, and project teams
  • Client Domination: Strengthen relationships with property managers, owners, and national accounts
  • Operational Alignment: Partner with production to ensure jobs are profitable, on-time, and high quality
  • Market Expansion: Identify and close new commercial roofing opportunities
  • Process Optimization: Improve estimating, sales cycles, and operational workflows
  • Satellite Oversight: Ensure consistency across multiple territories

What You Bring

  • 10+ years leadership experience (branch, division, or regional)
  • Proven success as a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong background in commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage $50M+ operations
  • Deep understanding of P&L, margins, and production alignment
  • Experience leading sales teams + project managers + field operations
  • Hunter + leader mindset—you can sell AND scale
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, estimating tools, Microsoft Office)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
