What You'll Do:

• Lead daily service and production operations across multiple crews
• Drive profitability through labor efficiency, cost control, and scheduling discipline
• Mentor project managers, field supervisors, and administrative support staff
• Implement KPIs and reporting systems that create accountability
• Partner with ownership on forecasting, planning, and operational scaling
• Protect safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards
