Commercial Lines Sales Account Manager

Location: Connecticut (100% In-Office)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base + company bonuses

License: Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Sales Account Manager to join a well-established insurance firm in Connecticut that has been in business for over 150 years. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys sales, relationship management, and helping clients protect their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow commercial lines accounts through strong client relationships and consultative sales
  • Manage account renewals, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within an established client base
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated service team (account managers, CSRs, assistants) to ensure outstanding client service
  • Contribute to a positive, close-knit team culture with opportunities for long-term career growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial lines sales
  • Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent client service
