Are you the kind of Commercial Lines Account Manager who takes pride in precision, relationships, and results? You understand P&C coverages inside and out—GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella—and you know how to balance marketing, renewals, and service while keeping clients confident and informed.

About the Role

• Manage a select portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, delivering dependable, proactive service.
• Drive retention through meaningful coverage reviews, renewal preparation, and strategic cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline workflows and elevate client experience.
• Strengthen partnerships with carriers and underwriters to secure the best terms and solutions.
• Provide mentorship and operational support to team members using Applied Epic or AMS360.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in Commercial Lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proven skill in Applied Epic (or similar AMS).
• Detail-driven, collaborative, and accountable.
• Confidence to lead, organize, and communicate effectively.

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000–$70,000
• Full benefits package; advancement potential within a growing agency.
