Are you a proven Commercial Lines professional looking for the next step in your career? We're seeking a Commercial Lines Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a select portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with the Director of Commercial Lines.
• Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency across the department.
• Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and expanded coverage options.
• Ensure agency goals and performance objectives are met or exceeded.
• Elevate the client experience and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor and report on progress toward departmental goals.
• Contribute to a positive, productive work culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
