Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
  • Process new submissions efficiently, sometimes requiring quick turnarounds outside of normal business hours.
  • Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing.
  • Utilize agency management system software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing a commercial book independently
  • Proven ability to handle complex accounts
  • Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
  • Proficiency with AMS360, EPIC, or other CRM platforms
