Commercial Lines Account Manager - Construction Or Transportation

A long-standing independent insurance brokerage with a presence along the East Coast is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team in Construction and Transportation divisions. They pride themselves on their solutions-based, forward-thinking and tech savvy business model.

This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing construction and/or transportation accounts. They are seeking a professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
• Handle a mix of medium to large-sizes accounts
• Utilize AMS360 for account management and documentation
• Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license in NY/NJ
• Experience with Construction, Builders Risk, Property, Auto, Inland Marine, Local & Long Trucking, Delivery Trucks/Vans, or Fleet & non-fleet ideal
• Proficiency in AMS360 Required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
