Commercial Lines Account Manager

A well-established insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously enhance the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
  • Strong proficiency with industry systems including Applied Epic, AMS 360, Sagitta, ImageRight, Indio, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced with state filings and complex compliance documentation. Excels in high-volume environments, handling heavy phone and email traffic with strong responsiveness.
  • Recognized for exceptional time management, organization, and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
  • P & C License.
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
