A long-standing independent insurance brokerage with a presence along the East Coast is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join its team. The CSR will provide critical back end support to account managers for commercial transportation and/or construction accounts.

Policy Servicing and Administration
Client Communication and Support
Coordination with Producers and Underwriters
Data Entry and Record Maintenance
Compliance and Risk Management Support
2+ years of CSR experience in insurance
Active Property & Casualty license in NY/NJ ideal
Proficiency in AMS360 Required
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
