Service Sales Professional

We are looking for a Service Sales Professional with a track record of developing new commercial HVAC, retrofit, and replacement business. You'll join a team providing full service HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, warranty work, controls upgrades, and planned maintenance agreements to healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Prospecting and closing new commercial service clients
  • Selling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacements
  • Building and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunities
  • Maintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and owners
  • Coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery

Qualifications

  • Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong professional presentation and CRM discipline
