We're seeking a CNC Programmer with strong engineering knowledge to support advanced manufacturing operations. This role blends CAD/CAM programming with hands-on machining to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure precision on both new and legacy parts.

What You'll Do

• Program multi-axis parts (Mill-Turn or 5-Axis milling preferred) using CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.
• Develop and optimize machining processes for new product launches and existing production.
• Design and refine work holding and fixtures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide manufacturability input during quoting and customer interactions.
• Support CNC set-up, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to solve challenges and improve workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, speed, and cost reduction.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience with CAD/CAM tools and strong machining knowledge.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining challenges and optimize cutting strategies.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
