What You'll Do:

• Design and manage bridge projects from concept to construction
• Perform calculations, cost estimates, and develop engineering drawings
• Conduct field inspections, surveys, and document results
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure designs meet standards (AASHTO & Arkansas DOT) and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

What You Bring:

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering
• PE license in Arkansas or ability to obtain
• 5+ years in bridge design/construction
• MicroStation/InRoads experience preferred
• Project management experience a plus
