Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Bridge/Structural Engineer to join our Baltimore team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Maryland and bring at least 5 years of experience in bridge or structural engineering, coupled with strong project management skills. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to our company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural and bridge engineering projects, ensuring design accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with construction teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Participate in business development and support company growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland
• Minimum 5 years of bridge or structural engineering experience
• Proven project management experience
• Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
