What You'll Do

• Design, manage, and deliver bridge and structural projects
• Perform calculations, develop drawings, and coordinate designs
• Work directly with ARDOT and local municipalities
• Lead project coordination between engineers, designers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO and DOT standards

What You'll Need

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering
• PE License in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
• 5+ years of bridge design experience
• Experience with MicroStation / InRoads preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
