We're seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. This hands-on position supports daily operations across grain handling, agronomy services, and general facility maintenance. Room to advance your career!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading/unloading grain and agronomy products
- Operate and maintain equipment such as augers, conveyors, and loaders
- Perform general facility and equipment maintenance
- Support custom application crews during busy seasons
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with inventory and record keeping as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in grain or agronomy operations preferred
- CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
