Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist supports scale operations, product tracking, and quality documentation while assisting with broader agronomy and grain activities as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the flexibility to adapt to seasonal demands in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and support daily scale and documentation processes
2. Accurately record inbound and outbound product information
3. Coordinate product flow and communicate with internal teams
4. Perform quality checks and collect operational data
5. Assist with training and support of operational systems
6. Support agronomy and grain operations during peak seasons
7. Assist with loading, unloading, hauling, and facility upkeep
8. Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
9. Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience in agriculture, operations, or logistics preferred
• Strong computer skills, including basic spreadsheet use
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic

Work Environment

• Combination of office-based and hands-on operational work
• Seasonal schedule with increased hours during peak agricultural periods
• Outdoor and facility-based work as needed
