Account Manager – Loan Collections

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people find solutions? We're looking for an Account Manager who can bring a balance of empathy and professionalism to our loan collections team. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact — supporting customers through challenging situations while protecting the soundness of the bank.

What You'll Do:

• Review daily reports and keep the collection system updated and accurate.
• Reach out to customers with past-due loans and help find workable solutions.
• Listen and evaluate each borrower's financial situation to recommend next steps.
• Keep detailed notes of all calls, emails, and repayment plans.
• Partner with loan officers, real estate agents, and vendors to manage REO and collateral assets.
• Prepare monthly updates and reports for leadership and secondary market partners.
• Stay current on policies and investor requirements for handling non-performing loans.

Experience:

• Working with delinquent, past due customer accounts.
• Banking experience is preferred, not required.
