The mission of the Sales Manager is to identify, develop and implement new commercial opportunities with large clients for our portfolio of services (transport, e-commerce, food, corporate etc.) on the national territory.
He/She works directly under the responsibility of the Country Manager in collaboration with the Head of Sales Group with whom he/she defines the client acquisition strategy, the content of the offers to be proposed, the processes to be applied and the help to improve his/her sales pitches. He is in charge of identifying, creating relationships and negotiating with all medium-sized clients (the largest accounts are taken care of by the Head of Sales, while the smallest accounts are handled by the National Marketing Managers);
On the other hand, the Sales Manager supports the National Marketing Manager in the training and follow-up of mixed commercial agents deployed in the region, in their BtoB prospecting tasks (thus serving as a relay for smaller professional clients).
